IP-PBX 300 as a system consists of 8 modules: (Voice Gateway, Phone Server, Call Centre, Fax Server, Agenda, IVR, Voice Mail Server,and Music on Hold).

1. Voice Gateway:-


This module works as a gateway for voice calls and has so many features like:-

1. Free calls between internal offices and also between branches nationally and internationally.

2. Having multiple Extensions and providing great connectivity between them, which means that you can connect even computers and cell phones not only usual phones.

3. That provides great mobility services for all the workers, especially the ones who travel much and need to be connected to the resources of the company at all times, even if abroad.

4. Supporting Trucking technology, which reduces the resources needed and provides better quality.

5. IP-PBX 300 supports all international protocols dealing with VoIP technology and coordinating between them to provide the best quality of service and connection.

2. Phone Server:-

This module can be considered a part of the voice gateway module, but it’s most concerned with providing phone services more than focusing on the VoIP technology and protocols, and here are some of the services provided:-

1. Authentication: Which allows full control over the using of the system; every personal can make calls or use the services according to his professional authorization.

2. Call routing (DID, ANI): This means handling incoming calls and redirecting them to the proper employee. That includes the following features: call transfer – call waiting – caller ID – supervised transfer – Direct Inward System Access (DISA) – call forward on busy – call forward on no answer. All these features guarantee you that you will receive the call no matter what.

3. Least Cost Routing (LCR): Directing the outgoing calls to the least cost route, helps cost reduction.

1. Multiple fax extensions: The system provides countless fax lines, so you can specify a special fax number for every employee.

2. PDF conversion: This is a very important feature which gives the ability to transform received faxes into PDF files, and that enables you to save these faxes digitally without the use of paper. Also provides the ability to send faxes without printing them first, you can send the fax from your computer directly. That saves time, money and effort.

3. Fax to Email: The ability to send faxes to employee’s email to help him receive the information as soon as possible.

4. The ability to send the same fax to multiple recipients at the same time with one click.

5. The ability to send /receive faxes through the internet or LAN or even mobiles.

This is a wonderful module that consists of a Calendar integrated with a phone book in a very user-friendly manner.
Alongside with all the normal features of any calendar, we have a special feature which is allowing the user to schedule events that automatically triggers phone call reminders!!.

You’ll receive a phone call in the exact time you specified earlier with your own voice speaking and reminding you with your event!!
In addition, the phone book is very user-friendly and has the advantage of Click to Call, that is you simply click on any of the names you have in the phone book and pick up the phone hand set!!.
