Why VATEL's IVR?

Interactive Voice Response is a computerized phone system that enables the caller to make a selection from a voice menu and process entries then play results.

In telecommunications, IVR allows customers to use a touch-tone telephone or human voice to interact with a database to acquire information from or enter data into, by following the IVR dialogue.

IVR technology does not require human interaction over the telephone, IVR systems can respond with prerecorded voice menus or dynamically generated audio (Text-To-Speech/“TTS” Technology) to further present information and options to callers, and touch-tone telephone keypad entry or voice recognition to gather responses.
